1. Theme: The Thinker
Get your house in order. What do you really want to achieve this week? Make a plan, create a strategy to get you there. This is a week to contemplate what you’re doing and if it is working for you. If it’s not, stop banging your head against the wall and change it. You are not obligated to remain stagnant in your thought process, your actions or even your dreams. If it’s not working for you, change your plans, create a new dream, take different actions. Thoughtful, intentional, inspired actions are needed this week.
2. Energy to Embrace – Truth be Told
Honesty is needed now. Not only with others, but by being honest with yourself. Stop lying or rationalizing with yourself. If you are self sabotaging yourself, why? Dig into the root cause of it and figure out how to maintain an honest perspective about yourself. The same is true if you are continually bad mouthings yourself in your head. CUT IT OUT! You are worthy and when you hear compliments, believe it. Own your divine self and be honest and authentic.
3. What to Release – By the Book
Let go of your need to conform to societal norms. Being the same as everyone else isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. You were born with special gifts and talents that only YOU have. There is and will only ever be one you! Be your best self. Be unique, be quirky, be whoever you are. Let your freak flag fly. Authenticity is sexy, baby! Hasn’t anyone ever told you? Believe in yourself, lose the mask and allow your radiant light to shine! Shine on, Baby. Shine on!
4. Actions to Take – Soul Mates
Foster your relationships. You are not meant to live this life as an island. Reach out to friends, co-workers, family, and loved ones. Remind yourself that connection is a wonderful thing. You’ll be surprised by how much you’ve missed these connections.
Wishing all my American followers out there, a happy, healthy and safe, 4th of July!
Until next time,
Michele
